The “DSP” favors a long term health orientated approach to fat loss, those looking for a quick fix diet may end up dissapointed. The program has a wealth of studies and data to support it’s approach and a seemingly endless number of success stories which can be found on The Diet Solution Program website. The nutrition plan is one of the healthiest I've seen. A strong core focus on vegetables, fruits, vitamin dense foods, lean proteins, select dairy produce and a clear approach to not expecting one diet to work for all body types.
Overall I recommend The Diet Solution Program, and I'm happy to do so. A very healthy diet, coupled with moderated exercise and a focus on improving your health while losing fat as part of an overall lifestyle approach gets my seal of approval.
